Our Departments, at your service
MKA Malaysia has 18 departments that are here to serve our members and the communities we belong to.
01.
AITMAD (GENERAL SECRETARIAT)
The duties of a Mo’tamad (General Secretary) it is to maintain a firm contact with all office bearers and to constantly point them to their tasks, so that the Amila could improve their work from time to time. The mo’tamad is responsible for maintaining the record of all proceedings of the Majlis,central publications, circulars, total correspondence and for keeping an account of stationary items. Further he isresponsible to send his report to the central office in time.
02.
ISHA’AT (PUBLICATIONS)
The Isha’at (Publications) Department is in-charge of dissemination of information on activities of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya (MKA) India to members and the general public. The department manages all publications of MKA India. The department also liaises with the media for the coverage of MKA India activities and programs.

KHIDMAT-E-KHALQ (SERVICE TO HUMANITY)
The Khidmat-e-Khalq (Social Service) Department adopts means that help maximize helping the poor, helpless and needy of the wider community without any discrimination of religion, creed, cast and color.
04.
MAAL (FINANCE)
The Maal Department supervises the financial affairs of MKA Malaysia. The department supervises the monetary affairs of the Majlis. The department makes arrangements for the assessment of the annual income and expenditure of the Majlis and keep their record in the office.
05.
MOHASIB (AUDIT)
Department activities principally revolve around financial drive, remittance monitoring and checking the Books. Specifically, much collaboration is intended with the Financial Secretary and Industry and Trade Department.
06.
SANAT-O-TIJARAT (INDUSTRY AND TRADE)
The Sanat-o-Tijarat (Trade & Commerce) Department adopts such means as shall increase among the Jama’at an interest in learning skills, crafts and trade with the aim of attempting to eliminate unemployment in Members. The Department engages the members in programs that promotes entrepreneurship, career development and mentor-ship.
07.
SEHAT-E-JISMANI (PHYSICAL HEALTH)
The Sehat-e-Jismani (Health & Fitness) Department is concerned with the health and fitness of members of the Majlis Khuddam-ul Ahmadiyya. The department adopts plans concerning general health by creating physical sporting activities and imparting healthy lifestyle information to members of the Jama’at.
08.
TABLIGH (PREACHING)
The Tabligh Department prepare and engage Khuddam in conveying the message of Islam throughout the communities. The department ensures that members are adequately prepared and inspired to carry out the message of Islam to a wider audience through individual, public and electronic media preaching.
09.
TAHRIK-E-JADID (THE NEW SCHEME)
The Tahrik-e-Jadid Scheme (Foreign Mission Scheme) was initiated by Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmoud Ahmad, Khalifatul Masih II (rh) in 1934 for members to contribute towards the of training Muslim Missionaries (Imams), open new missions and construct mosques and to spread the teachings of the true Islam all over the world.
The Tahrik-e-Jadid (Foreign Mission Scheme) Department put in every possible effort to make all the aims and objectives of Tahrik-e-Jadid a success. The Muhtamim Tahrik-e-Jadid increases awareness and participation of members in this blessed scheme.
10.
TAJNEED (CENSUS)
The Tajneed (Census) Department keep records of all members of Majlis Khuddam-ul Ahmadiyya and their necessary particulars.
11.
TALEEM (EDUCATION)
The Taleem Department implement plans to make Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya familiar with Islamic Knowledge (Holy Qur’an, Hadith and Sunnah of the Holy Prophet, writings of the Promised Messiah and his Khulafa) as well as worldly knowledge.

TARBIYYAT (MORAL TRAINING)
The Tarbiyat Department encourages members to uplift their spiritual and moral growth. The department strives to make members abide by Islamic injunctions, inculcate national spirit and determination as well as try to introduce to them Islamic morals and etiquette and adopts appropriate reformatory plans for the training of the youth.
13.
NAU MUBAEEN (NEW CONVERTS)
The Tarbiyat Nau Muba`in (New Converts Training) Department is responsible for integrating new Ahmadi Muslim Converts into the Jama`at system through a gradual transition into Islamic lifestyle and etiquette.
14.
AMOOMI (GENERAL AFFAIRS)
The duty of `Umumi (General Affairs) Department is to remain knowledgeable about the habits of Khuddam by staying informed about current trends in the city and local area. The department responds to specific targets needed for the effective operation of the Majlis as the need arise.
15.
AMOOR-E-TULUBA (STUDENT AFFAIRS)
The Umur-e-Talaba (Students Affairs) Department is in-charge of student affairs and ensures that members of the MKA Malaysia who are students actively participate in all Khuddam and Jama`at activities and programs.
16.
WAQAR-E-AMAL (DIGNITY OF LABOR)
The Waqar-e-Amal (Dignity of Work) Department establishes among the members of the Khuddam-ul Ahmadiyya, dignity of doing work with their own hands, and encourages the members to engage themselves in collective work for the benefit of the Jama’at and the community.
17.
MAJLIS ATFAL UL AHMADIYYA
The Atfal Department supervises all affairs of Majlis Atfal Ahmadiyya, Malaysia. The department draws up an annual program for the Atfal and supervises it execution. The department also ensures the proper upbringing of Ahmadi Boys in a proper manner so that they may be molded in such a way that they are able to utilize their God gifted abilities towards the progress of the Jama`at and the community.
18.
RISHTA NATA (MARITAL AFFAIRS)
Additional Nazim Tarbiyat (Rishta Nata) shall strive to train and educate the members regarding the Importance and sanctity of the institution of marriage within Islam, as well as the importance of timely marriages and marrying within Jamaat. He will also strive to make reformatory plans, to guide Khuddam on how to tackle marital issues. He will also work toward increasing the interest and participation of Khuddam in the Rishta Nata system of Jamaat.
